Important Installation advice

Install vertical

Always install the antenna in a vertical position in line with cell towers transmission polarization. If an antenna is misaligned (e.g., placing a vertically polarized antenna horizontally), the receiving antenna can only capture a fraction of the transmitted signal. A 90-degree polarization mismatch can cause severe signal losses, sometimes reducing the signal strength by over 20dB (a reduction of 1/100th of the power)

Large, Loose Loops: 

While coiling a coaxial cable is a common way to tidy up an installation, it can cause several technical issues for sensitive high-frequency signals like 

If you cannot cut the cable,  the "Figure 8" Method: Fold the excess cable in a loose figure-eight pattern.  This cancels out the magnetic fields that create inductance.
