Q: Is it expensive to run them?

 A: No, before marketing these, we sourced the cheapest to run sim cards for customers. If for example, if you didn’t deactivate the sim cards when not in use for a while, roughly £10 a year for 2 radios, depending on usage. 

Q: What is the range between these?

A:  Unlike normal radios that rely on radio frequencies, these use the cellular networks to bridge that gap and therefore will stay connected almost anywhere on earth. (These radios are not designed for operation in extreme polar environments and may experience significant performance issues or complete failure in the Arctic and Antarctic regions, not to mention the absence of 4g.)...and Bears!
